对当今民办高等教育机构的若干思考

当今民办高等教育已经步入正常的发展阶段，这对民办高等教育的举办者和管理者提出优化教育管理、完善教育制度的要求。本文从教育、产业经济和社会三个视角构建民办高等教育机构的三面观，提出民办高校必须从自己的实际出发建立三维立体管理的构想。如组织机构的设置可实行分类指导与管理：以提高教育质量为中心的质量管理机构，以经营管理为重点的产业性管理机构．以劳动与人事管理与服务为核心的团队管理机构。

Reflections on the Present Non-governmental Higher Educational Establishments

Presently non-governmental higher education has stepped into a normal development stage, which requires that the organizers and administrators of higher education optimize the educational management and perfect the educational system. The paper constructs the three-sided view of non-governmental higher educational establishments from the three angles of education, industrial economy and society, and suggests that non-governmental institutions of higher learning should make the concept of three dimensional management based on their actual conditions, e.g. the organizational establishments are set up according to classified guidance and management, namely the quality management establishment that centers its efforts on the enhancement of educational quality, the industrial management establishment that places emphasis on business management and the establishment in charge of teams that focuses on labor and manpower management and service.
