| 摘 要： | 马克斯·舍勒立足于对人的界定，以现象学还原方法深入爱恨秩序，探讨怨恨的根源及途径，将怨恨界定为资本主义时代人的精神气质，并在社会文化精神的普遍意义上对怨恨予以伦理追问，认为怨恨是人类意识中出现的价值颠倒或价值崩溃的根源，它导致现代价值体验结构的转型和价值位移。舍勒的怨恨理论对中国的现代化进程无疑有极大的启发意义。
