| 摘 要： | 大力发展速生丰产用材林是解决国际市场木材供应日趋紧张的有效途径之一。对几个国家的速生丰产用材林的经营模式进行研究，总结出国外速生丰产用材林经营的一般特征：经营基本条件的市场化、经营主体的企业化、经营模式的林工一体化和经营政策环境的良性化，并提出了发展我国速生丰产用材林的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Developing plantation is an effective way to resolve the difficulties of timber supplement in the international market. This paper studies the management models of plantation in several countries, and summarizes common characteristics of its management, i.e. marketization of management conditions, enterprise management, management model of integration of forest and industry, and positive policy environment. Finally, proposals to develop plantation in China are suggested. |
