| 摘 要： | 针对苏北民营企业生产能力过剩现象分析认为,对外承接外包订单才是苏北民营企业的直接选择。运用博弈分析方法,分析了苏北民营企业寻找合作伙伴的过程中双方的利益均衡,得出结论认为：在一定条件下,苏北民营企业建立生产能力外包合作是现实可行的。

| Abstract: | Private enterprises in North Jiangsu overcapacity phenomenon analysis,external to undertake the outsourcing orders is the North Jiangsu private enterprises direct selection.Using the method of game analysis,analysis of North Jiangsu private enterprises looking for partners in the process of both sides of the balance of interests,clear conclusion: under certain conditions,North Jiangsu private enterprises to establish production capacity outsourcing cooperation is feasible. |
