| 摘 要： | 大学生就业是就业中的重点问题，不但关系到个人和学校的发展，而且关系到国家的发展与构建和谐社会。目前，我们国家正逐步形成市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生和用人单位双向选择的就业机制。高校为了促进大学生就业、提高大学生的就业率，做了许多方面的工作。

| Abstract: | College Graduates Employment concerns the development of students and colleges,also the construction of a harmonious society.At present,China has gradually established an employment mechanism involving market guidance,governmental regulation,college recommendation,and two-way choice of graduates and employers.Colleges have been working to enhance graduates employment and raise the employment rate of graduates. |
