| 摘 要： | 长期以来，对我国的社区志愿服务问题，曾有不少学者从不同的角度展开过颇有成效的研究。立足于对国内学者就城市社区志愿服务发展的必要性、管理问题、影响因素及发展模式等方面研究的系统梳理，进行综合评述，以期对后来者的深入研究提供借鉴。
