试论动画制作的举国体制

As a sound government-sponsored system(GSS) places national and cultural values and artistry in the first place,it can provide animated cartoon production with long-range and sustained support,granting cartoonists sufficient autonomy and space of development.Given the fact that cartoon industry in China is in its initial stage,if we want the Chinese animated cartoon to be unique with Chinese characteristics,we have to establish a first-class platform of exploration for Chinese cartoonists by way of a GSS.Only in this way can Chinese animated cartoon succeed in carrying forward Chinese national culture and achieving superiority in the world cartoon market.
