| 摘 要： | 在我国的现行法学教育体系中，从国家教育部的学科规范要求到各法学院校的教学计划，都很强调法学教学中实践环节的重要性，但由于缺乏有关这方面的具有实际操作性的理论研究和具体的实践模式设计，致使理论与实践联系还有一些不足。分析了法律诊所式教学模式在我国应用与研究的意义和现状，并提出了应用的具体设想。

| Abstract: | In the Chinese legal education system,both the national education syllabus and the teaching plans of all legal colleges attach great importance to legal practice in teaching.However,due to the lack of feasible legal theories and practice modes,there still exist some defects in legal theory and practice.The paper analyzes the importance of the application of the clinical legal education modes in China and proposes some thought for further application. |
