| 摘 要： | 加强对大学生“村官”的培养，特别是建设一支具有“下得去”、“于得好”、“留得住”的“村官”队伍，既是当前农村经济发展的需要，也是提升大学生“村官”工作绩效的根本要求。对大学生“村官”培养的现状进行了分析，指出了目前“村官”培养存在的突出问题和产生这些问题的原因，并提出了解决大学生“村官’’培养问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | It is not only the demand posed by the development of current rural economy,but it is also a vitality of upgrading the quality therein to further enhance the cultivation of college student village leaders(CSVLs),so that they are willing and able to settle down and work well in the countryside.Analyzing the status quo of CSVL cultivation,this paper points out the problems therein and the reasons for them.On such a basis,it proceeds to put forward suggestions and countermeasures to tackle these problems. |
