| Abstract: | China’s ex-president Jiang Zemin’s ideas on science and technology are an indispensable part of his important thoughts of "Three Represents".This paper examines all the literature available to clarify his ideas in this respect.It focuses on his ideas on the strategic importance of science and technology,the attitude in which we treat foreign advanced technologies,the ways in which we give full play to the role of scientific researchers and develop science and technology,and the ethics of scientific research. |
