| 摘 要： | 目前苏北中等职业学校普遍面临严峻的办学形势，尤其是资源不能共享的办学瓶颈问题。从活用网络平台，共享知识信息；互换师资队伍，提高办学水平；开展院校合作，互用教学设备等三个方面提出了具体策略，通过这些措施以期促进教师资源共享的顺利发展。

| Abstract: | At present,Northern Jiangsu secondary vocational schools are facing a severe situation in running schools as their teaching resources can not be shared.In order to promote the sharing of teaching resources,the article mainly proposes some concrete strategies from three aspects: Using internet flexibly and sharing knowledge and information;exchanging teaching faculty and improve teaching quality;carrying out intercollegiate cooperation and sharing educational hardware. |
