| 摘 要： | 中国共产党自成立以来，就确立了以马克思主义为指导思想。但马克思主义是随时代发展而发展的。改革开放以来，中国共产党坚持与时俱进，在指导思想上有了许多新的发展，科学地总结并准确地表述这些新发展，对于新的历史条件下坚持和发展马克思主义，推动党的建设和中国特色社会主义发展，意义十分远大。

| Abstract: | The guiding ideology of Marxism has been established since the founding the communist party of China.Since the reform and opening up,our party keeps pace with the times and makes a lot of new achievements under the influence of the guiding ideology.It is of great importance to promote the development of party and building socialism with Chinese characteristics by scientifically summarizing the new achievements and sticking to Marxism under the new era. |
