| 摘 要： | 结合淮海工学院综合通信网络实训平台的建设情况,提出以注重训练、加强应用、追求创新为指导思想,建立实验教学新模式的改革措施。从实验内容、教学方式等方面进行了较详细的论述,并对实验室管理、实验室队伍建设提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Referring to the construction of the comprehensive communications network training platform,the paper proposes the reform pattern of laboratory teaching based on the idea of centering on training,strengthening up application and seeking for innovation.It elaborates from the point of experiment contents,teaching method.Particular suggestions are given to lab management and the staff training. |
