| 摘 要： | “以学生为本”是“以人为本”的科学发展观在高等教育领域的具体体现和落实，它要求把学生放在教育的主体地位，尊重学生的人格、情感和个性需求，调动发挥学生的主动性；以学生的全面协调发展为本，树立人人成才和人才多样化的观念，这些对当今高校辅导员的工作有着重要启示。
