| 摘 要： | 在一些高校建设和谐校园中,思想政治教育应有的激励功能往往难以充分发挥,其主要原因是校园群体的主体意识和创新能力不足;利益分配不均,激励方式单一。要解决这一问题,必须加强社会主义核心价值观教育,并结合运用马克思主义物质利益原理和灵活地采取多种激励方式。只有这样,才能真正激发和调动校园群体活动的人的积极性和创造性。

| Abstract: | The failure to give full play to the stimulating role of moral education in building a harmonious campus lies in the failure to evoke campus community consciousness,arouse people’s interest in innovation,and distribute benefits evenly with a diversified means of encouragement.To solve this problem,we should firmly establish the socialist core values,and adopt a diversified means of encouragement under the guidance of the Marxist principle of material benefits to stimulate people’s initiative,enthusiasm and creativity in moral education. |
