以思想政治教育为导向探索高校师范生就业心理问题——以巢湖学院为例

师范类毕业生面对严峻的就业压力，常表现出自我认知不足、受挫承受力弱、情绪调控力差、盲目跟风等心理问题。分析产生这些心理问题的原因，并结合师范生就业工作的特殊性，建立以思想政治教育工作为导向的就业心理干预体系，是巢湖学院所长期致力于教育研究和改革实践的一项重要工作。

Exploration on Normal University Students' Psychological Problems Caused by Employment under the Guidance of Ideological and Political Education: A Case Study of Chaohu College

In the severe employment situation,normal university students are often exposed to such psychological problems as the lack of self-awareness,weak frustration endurance,poor emotional adaptation,and following blindly the trend of employment.Therefore,Chaohu College has been working for long in educational research and reform to analyze the causes of such psychological problems,to take into account the special employment of normal university students and to establish an employment psychological intervention system under the guidance of ideological and political education.
