摘    要:高校教师的工作特点要求管理者在有效运用外部工作动机时要注重激发和培养教师的内部工作动机。基于自我决定理论的观点,可从建立共同愿景,增强职业认同感;创造民主自由的工作环境,增强自主感;建立和谐的人际关系,增强归属感;提高专业能力,增强自我效能感;改善工作生活条件,提高工作幸福感等方面促进高校教师的工作动机。

Abstract:Characteristics of college teachers’ work require that the administrators should make effective use of external motivation to inspire and cultivate the teachers’ internal work motivation.Based on the theory of self-determination,work motivation of college teachers can be promoted on building common prospects,strengthening the sense of professional identity,creating democracy and freedom working environment to strengthen the sense of ownership,establishing harmonious interpersonal relationships to enhance the sense of belonging,improving professional competence to enhance self-efficacy,and improving working and living conditions to enhance the work happiness.
