| Abstract: | In the construction of a harmonious Chinese society,CPPCC have an important responsibility and the unique superiority,so it plays an irreplaceable role.CPPCC helps to promote social harmony through political consultation,guarantee social harmony through democratic supervision,and enhance social harmony through the participation of political activities.Therefore,CPPCC guarantees that the decisions by that party and the government represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,the reasonable social requirements of all sorts are met,a broad consensus is reached and the policies to construct a harmonious society are carried out. |
