乡镇政府员工工作投入度问题研究

摘    要:乡镇政府员工工作投入度是实现员工个人绩效和组织绩效管理的核心。提高乡镇政府员工工作投入度,能促使乡镇政府提高自身的行政效率,更好地适应经济和社会发展的需要,也有利于乡镇政府加强自身管理,带动当地经济和社会的发展。但在实际的员工工作实践中,却存在着工作投入不够的问题,严重地影响了员工个人的绩效和乡镇政府的绩效。根据当前我国乡镇政府员工工作的实际情况,提出了提升工作投入度的相关对策。

Abstract:The degree of engagement among township government employees is a key factor in the realization of individual and organizational performance management.The improvement of an employee’s engagement can help the township government to improve their administrative efficiency,better adapt itself to economic and social development,strengthen its management and promote local economic and social development.However,such an engagement is far from enough in actual work practice.This has seriously affected the performance of individual employees and the township government.Based on the status quo of current township government employees,this paper puts forward concrete measures to improve the degree of job engagement.
