| 摘 要： | 高校招生规模的扩大及社会转型期的影响,导致高校学生工作中的危机事件时有发生,这种状况严重影响了高校正常的教学和生活秩序,阻碍了高校的发展,也给社会带来不稳定因素。通过解释危机的内涵和特征,分析高校学生工作危机的成因、类型和现存问题,从组织领导、预警、控制、善后、教育五个方面探讨了高校学生工作危机管理机制的构建。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of the enrolment of the college students,the occasional crises in the management of college student affairs have affected the normal teaching and living orders,hindering the development and bringing unstable factors to the society.Based on the connotation and characteristics of crisis and the analysis of its causes,types and current problems,the paper discusses the construction of crisis management mechanism in the work of student affairs from the aspect of organization,leadership,early warning,control,rehabilitation and education. |
