| 摘 要： | 大学生村官自主创业是实现大学生村官下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动的一条非常重要的途径，也最接近大学生村官的核心价值。立足当前大学生村官自主创业的现状，分析了大学生村官自主创业的有利条件及存在的主要问题，提出了促进大学生村官自主创业的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | If the college student village leaders(CSVLs) are entrepreneuring to start up their own business and develop a career,they can quickly get settled down and do a good job in their work in the countryside.Based on the status quo of CSVLs’ career development,this paper analyzes the favorable conditions and difficulties in their entrepreneuring activities.Moreover,it puts forward suggestions and measures to help them to develop their careers. |
