试论张之洞创办湖北枪炮厂之企业精神

张之洞作为晚清重臣和洋务派的后起之秀，曾为中国近代的新兴工业做出了突出的贡献。通过对张之洞创办的湖北枪炮厂的个案分析，揭示了其求大、求精、求新，自募自筹和敢于引进国外先进设备、重金礼聘人才等所体现的企业精神。

On Zhang Zhidong's Enterprise Spirit Embodied in the Establishment of the Hubei Firearms Factory

Zhang Zhidong,a senior official in the late Qing Dynasty and a rising star of Westernization Group,once made outstanding contributions to China’s emerging modern industry.Upon analysis of the Hubei Firearms Factory,this paper makes an effort to illustrate Zhang Zhidong’s enterprise spirit and presents the merits of the spirit: his ambition to establish a large,excellent and new-style factory,his courage to raise funds independently,his venture to introduce advanced equipment from western countries,and his determination to recruit many high-paid technicians.
