| 摘 要： | 对创新城市、创新资源的概念进行界定，分析研究郑州市创新型城市建设现状。基于创新资源集聚的视角，提出郑州市可以改善创新资源集聚环境，提高创新资源集聚能力，对创新资源进行整合与优化，为创新城市建设提供基本保障。

| Abstract: | By defining the concept of the innovative city and resources and analyzing the current situation of the innovative city construction of Zhengzhou,the paper points out that Zhengzhou can improve its clustering environment of innovative resources and its ability to integrate and optimize the innovative resources so as to provide basic protection for the innovative city construction. |
