高职院校教师倦怠与相关因素的调查分析

摘    要:为了深入研究影响高职教院校教师工作倦怠的因素,选取了合肥三所高职学校教师为研究对象,在设计工作倦怠问卷、应对方式问卷、社会支持问卷及生活习惯问卷的基础上,展开抽样调查。统计结果显示,教师的健康状况、消极应对和主观支持可有效预测情绪耗竭,积极应对和消极应对可有效预测非人性化,积极应对可有效预测低成就感。

Abstract:This paper probes into the factors that cause job burnout among vocational school teachers.Selecting teachers in 3 vocational schools in Hefei City,it makes a questionnairing that covers the teachers’ job burnout,their ways to deal with it,their social support and life habits.The analyzed results show that vocational school teachers’ health condition,negative response and subjective support can predict emotional exhaustion effectively;their positive or negative response can predict impersonal consequence;positive response can predict the low sense of achievement.
