| 摘 要： | 饮食作为人们重要的活动之一,承载了丰富的文化内涵。饮食习语是一种特殊的民族文化载体。在中西方的饮食习语中,既有正面赞誉礼貌原则的不完全对应,也有负面贬损语用的不对称,因此,研究对比中西饮食习语礼貌语用的规律,并把握其礼貌语用的原则,无疑有益于跨文化交际的和谐与成功。

| Abstract: | As a social activity,eating carries rich cultural connotations.Food idioms are the carrier of national cultures and ways of thinking.The Chinese and Western positive-praise politeness principles do not correspond to each other in food idioms,and the Chinese negative-derogation politeness is different from the western counterpart in ways of cooking.An understanding of the similarities and differences between the Chinese and western food idioms can promote the harmony and success of cross-cultural communication. |
