| Abstract: | Although there are some weaknesses in the organization of the family enterprises,most Chinese private enterprises choose the management mode of family enterprises as the best way.Many reasons can explain this phenomenon.For example,the Chinese history and the culture have influenced the management of the enterprises,and the reality restricts the enterprises to change their management mode.And the shortage of the credit and the immaturity of the professional managers are the key points in producing this phenomenon. |
