| 摘 要： | 城乡商贸流通一体化就是城乡之间在商流、物流、信息的一体化。城乡商贸流通体系一体化的度量维度包括：城乡商流一体化、城乡物流一体化和城乡信息流一体化。从三个维度建立城乡商贸流通体系一体化的评价指标体系,并运用1991—2008年间的数据对中国城乡商贸流通进行测度,并提出统筹城乡商贸的政策建议。
