| 摘 要： | 在界定＂产业技术创新平台运行能力＂的基础上,构建一套石油产业技术创新平台运行能力评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法对中国油气资源富集的8个省级地区进行分析,得出石油产业技术创新平台运行能力的两个公共因子。对西部与华北地区石油产业技术创新平台的运行能力进行了排序,发现中国石油产业技术创新平台运行能力呈现东强西弱的格局,且与区域经济发展水平密切相关。最后,针对研究结果提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | On defining running ability of industry innovation platform,the paper sets up an index system of oil industry innovation platform capacity.Applying factor analysis for 8 provinces rich in oil and gas resources,this paper compares oil industry innovation platform capacity of western and north area of China and analysis the correlation between industry innovation platform capacity and the level of economic development.At last,some advices are proposed. |
