| 摘 要： | 在现代经济活动中人力资本团队化是人力资本突出的表现形式,农村人力资本团队的缺乏会使农村经济发展失去动力依赖.文章依据人力资本团队理论,首先对农村人力资本的类型及特点进行了剖析,在此基础上,研究了农村人力资本的形成基础,结论认为:农村人力资本团队具有层次低,松散性,游弋性,临时性等特点,农村人力资本团队形成的主要基础是农村土地制度和农业经营组织模式.

| Abstract: | Human capital team has been main power to the development of modern economy during modern economic activities.The lack of rural human capital team will make the rural economic development lose its motive dependence.This paper,by the human capital team theory,analyzes the types and characteristics of the rural human capital team firstly,and then studies the formation foundation.The conclusion shows that the rural human capital team is in the state of lower level with incompact,uncertain and temporary characteristics at present.The formation foundation of the rural human capital team is the plowland's institution and the organizational type of rural economy development. |
