| Abstract: | Starting from the concept and features of independent colleges and based upon the status quo of the independent colleges in Gansu Province,the paper insects the existing problems and the predicament in the development of the independent colleges in Gansu Province,and presents specific measures to promote the sustainable and sound development of the independent colleges from the three levels of the government,the applicant university and the independent college. |
