心理素质教育的理论与实践

摘    要:心理素质是素质教育的重要基础。本文认为,要真正将心理素质教育贯穿到素质教育全过程中去,在理论和实践上皆有若干问题需进一步明确。如对心理素质结构这一问题的研究启示我们,心理素质教育完全可以着重从个性品质、心理健康、认知、社会适应等方面着手进行。文章指出,作为广义的心理素质教育,除了心理咨询和心理辅导形式外,学校教育,尤其是课堂教学是实施心理素质教育的主要渠道。

Abstract:The education of psychological quality is an important basis in quality education.Still some theoretical and practical problems need studying if the education of psychological quality is carried out thoroughly in the course of quality education.For example the research on the constitution of psychological quality shows that we can teach the psychological quality through personality quality ?mental health ?social cognition?adaption ,etc.The article points out that school education especially class teaching is a main method to perform the general education of psychological quality besides psychological counseling and psychological guidance.
