论学校德育目标的偏失与回归

摘    要:德育是育“德”之育,是德性的养成与培育,它在教育中处于核心地位,是素质教育的灵魂。但在目前,学校德育目标偏失这一本体论,片面地追求工具化、理想化、绝对化,而忘掉德育的本真是培养人的德性。因此,学校德育改革应唤起个体的自我意识,尊重个体的主体地位,发展个体的主体道德能力,塑造个体的主体价值,使德育成为完善人的“利器”。

Abstract:Moral education(ME) is the conscious building,formation and nurture of morality.Moral education is central to education,and the very soul of quality education.At present,however,there are some problems in ME objectives in schools throughout the country.The objective,content and manner of ME are discontinuously connected.Therefore,dilemmas show up.These dilemmas call for a quick solution.Therefore some corresponding measures are put foward to the ailing situation by analyzing dilemmas in the hope that solutions to the problems can be found so as to be helpful to the undertaking of moral education in schools and universities.
