构建富有肇庆学院自身特色的课程体系和人才培养模式

肇庆学院第四次教学工作会议启动了既符合时代需要又力求体现自身特色的教学改革工程。这一教改工程按照"学术并举,崇术为上"的办学理念,力求反映地方院校着力培养应用型人才的世界潮流。应用型人才不应以牺牲人才素质为代价,而应以塑造"全人"和"通才"为目标,切实加强通识教育课程和实践教学体系的建设。为此,必须构建符合应用型人才成长的培养模式,并按照人才个性化的时代要求,辅之以复合型和学术型人才的培养,逐步构建起富有自身特色的课程体系和人才培养模式。

Constructing Curriculum System and Talent Training Mode with Characteristics of Zhaoqing University

The reform project lanched in the 4th teaching conference of Zhaoqing University fitted well in with the demand of times as well as its self-characteristics,which was undergoing according to the school-running concept of "valuing learning and academy while advocating academy" to adapt to the world trends of developing applied talents.The aims of developing applied talents should focus on building "versatile talents" and "general-ists",but not on the cost of sacrificing talent qualities.Therefore,the curriculum system and talent training mode with its own characteristics,based on personalized demand of times,should be constructed to meet the needs of de-veloping applied talents,along with the developing of compound and academic talents.
