| 摘 要： | 应用层次分析法求指标权重时 ,构造判断矩阵是最关键的步骤之一。本文论证了用“1～ 9标度法”构造判断矩阵时求出的指标权重与决策者的心理判断存在着偏差 ,并提出了一种实用的“比例标度法”
