古典市民社会的特性分析

＂市民社会＂是一个有着悠久历史的概念,古典市民社会理论由亚里士多德和西塞罗开创并加以初步发展,反映了古希腊罗马时期实行共和体制下的城邦公民生活,同时,也影响了后世思想家、学者对这一概念的理解和把握。本文拟从＂市民社会＂一词的起源和亚里士多德、西塞罗各自的市民社会理论出发来探讨和把握古典市民社会的特性。

An Analysis of the Characteristics of Classical Civil Society

＂Civil society＂ is a concept with a long history.The theory of classical civil society was created and primarily developed by Aristotle and Cicero,reflecting the civic life in the period of ancient Greek and Roman which implemented republican system.At the same time,it affected the later thinkers and scholars understanding and grasping of the concept.This paper attempts to discuss and grasp the characteristics of classical civil society from Aristotle and Cicero s theory of civil society.
