试论构建大学生涯辅导体系

自主择业 ,作为市场经济条件下人才资源合理配置的体现 ,在给予大学毕业生更大的自主选择空间的同时 ,也对个体规划与决策、生存与发展提出了更高的要求。因此 ,高等院校应当具有明确的大学生涯辅导意识 ,尽早建立相应的工作机构和体系 ,着力培养学生拥有生涯规划、决策的能力 ,适应社会及未来职业生活 ,充分挖掘自身潜力 ,以利于个体生涯发展目标的实现

On Constructing Guidance System of College Living

Independent choice of jobs under the condition of market economy is an expression of reasonable disposition of human resources.As we give students more space to shoose jobs freely,we should pay more attention to individuals in plan,strategy,living and development.Therefore universitites should possess consciousness of clear guidance for college life,establish relevant working unit and system as soon as possible and try their best to train students to have the ability of life plan and strategy,to adape themselves to society and professional life of the future and fully find out thier own potential in order to benefit individual life and developing goal.
