| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in the state-owned forestry regions, we should proceed from actual conditions in the state-owned forestry regions and gresp the two key links of employment and helping people cast off poverty. We should move forward with the reforms in the administration system, system of forest resouces management and classified management. We should build a harmonious society, with the coordinate development of material, spiritual, political and ecological civilization. |
