略论山东区域现代化的发展进程与模式选择

山东区域现代化的进程是一个由浅入深 ,由低层次到高层次的演化过程 ,即从器物层面到制度层面再到精神文化层面转变的过程。这个过程既体现了山东区域现代化自身的一些特点 ,也反映了外源型现代化国家或地区现代化过程中的一些共同规律。在现代化的模式选择上 ,经历了从旧王朝体制下的探索资本主义发展趋向的自上而下的改革时期 ,到辛亥革命后民主共和政体的创立时期 ,再到抗日战争爆发后资本主义发展模式与以社会主义为方向的新民主主义发展模式的激烈竞争时期 ,最后随着解放战争的胜利 ,最终得以确立了新民主主义的发展模式。

On the Evolutionary Process and Mode Selection of Regional Modernization in Shandong Province

The regional modernization of Shandong Province has undergone an evolutionary process from supreficial to profound,from a lower level to a higher level.In other words,this is a process from the physical stratum to the institutional stratum,and further on to the spiritual and culatural stratum.This process is a reflection of the characteristics typical of the regional modernization of Shandong Province,and at the same gime a reflection of the common law governing the modernization process of exogenous change countries of regions.The mode selection of modernization is settled in the course of four periods.The first period saw the reform carried out from top to bottom in search of the development trend of capitalism under and old dynastic system,the second period witnessed the establishment of a democratic republican system after the 1911 Revolution,the third period featured the fierce competition between the capitalist mode of development and the socialism oriented new democratic mode of development after the breakout of Anti Japanese War,and the fourth period came with the victory of the Liberation War,which proclaimed the domination of new democratic mode of development.
