| 摘 要： | “法治”是柏拉图《政治家篇》中的重要思想,展现出其对前期“人治”思想的新突破。故此,本文着重剖析了柏拉图政治思维转变的历史根源、法治的范式思考及其法治思维特质,并在此基础上阐述了柏拉图法治思维的当代意义。
