| 摘 要： | 井冈山革命根据地的存在与发展,是井冈山时期各类人物群体合力作用的结果。井冈山斗争时期,各类人物群体——革命领袖群体、革命女性群体、绿林群体、普通士兵与下层民众群体等等为井冈山的斗争,贡献了各自的力量。他们的行为动力有着深刻的思想动机,表现为三个方面：务实主义是战略支点;理想信仰是精神支柱;群体心理效应是重要的内驱动力。

| Abstract: | The maintenance and development of Jinggangshan Revolution Base is a result of jointeffort by various hero groups in Jinggangshan Revolution Age, during which all groups-revolution leadership, revolution women, forest outlaws, ordinary soldiers and lower hierarchy mass-made their contribution to the course. Their acts are driven by deep motivations including strategic pivot of pragmaticism, spiritual support based on ideal belief and important incentive by mass psychological effect. |
