西部民族地区生态城市发展评价体系探析

发展生态城市是人类社会实现可持续发展的必由之路。西部民族地区选择生态城市作为城市发展方向是必然选择。由于西部民族地区的特殊性，决定了其在选择生态城市道路时必须因地制宜，探索适宜的发展模式。文章立足于国家《生态县、生态市、生态省建设指标（试行）》中给出的生态市建设指标体系，综合考虑民族地区特殊性，动态性的建立起西部民族地区评价体系的生态城市五个一级指标和数目不等的二级指标，从而最终建立起生态城市评价指标体系。

A Brief Study of Ecological Urban Development Evaluation in the Western Ethnic Regions

The road must be taken for the sustainable development is to develop ecological cities so that the development of western ethnic regions is inevitably ecological oriented. Restricted by its unique local characteristic, the western ethnic region has to choose an ecological urban development mode in accordance with its local conditions. This paper, based on the ecological urban construction indicator system stipulated in the state regulation tilted as The Indicator for the Development of Ecological County, Ecological City and Ecological Province （A Trial Version）, attempts to establish five Level-1 indicators and various Level-2 indicators for the western ethnic ecological city development and all these indicators took the peculiarity and dynamic nature of these areas into consideration in order that an ecological city evaluation indicator system is created.
