当代企业伦理发展的一个重要走向就是企业伦理与生态伦理日益紧密地相互交融、渗透,从而形成了企业生态伦理。两者交融互动的原因在于企业活动对生态环境构成了非常重要的正面或负面影响。两者交融互动的结论就是以企业生态伦理规导企业行为。规范层面的企业生态伦理包括生态效益和生态友好两个原则,清洁生产、绿色管理、节约资源、保护环境四个规范。

Integrating with Ecological: A New Logic for Development of Contemporary Corporate Ethics

An important orientation in contemporary corporate ethics development is the increasing interaction and interweaving between corporate and ecological ethics, which leads to ecological corporate ethics. Such interaction and interweaving is resulted from the critically positive or negative impact ~n the environment inflicted by business activities, and results in regulations on business conducts by ecological corporate ethics which by norm comprises of two principles of ecological benefits and ecological friendliness and four rules of clean production, green management, resource conservation and environmental protection.
