| 摘 要： | 结合高技能人才培养的基本特征,指出产学研结合是高职院校培养高技能人才的基本途径,也是企业培养高技能人才的内在需要.分析了产学研结合的高技能人才培养模式的特征,提出了产学研合作培养高技能人才的实现途径:通过产学研结合,构建校外高技能人才培养实习实训基地,推进高技能人才培养中的教育教学改革,强化"定单式"人才培养,实现资源共享,开展科技创新服务,将高职院校建成生产力促进中心.

| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of high-skilled talents training,this paper points out that the combination of enterprises with universities and research institutions is the basic way of training high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and also the inside demand of enterprises.In this paper,the author studies the basic characteristics of the mode and brings up the methods of training high-skilled talents under this mode.Through the combination of enterprises with universities and research institutions,it is necessary to build the external-campus practice-training bases and advance education-teaching reforms to train high-skilled talents.In order to build high vocation colleges into productivity-promoting centers,we must strengthen the order-made education,share the resourses and carry out the scientific-technical innovation services. |
