| 摘 要： | 在结合中小房地产中介企业发展实际的基础上,建立以房地产公共信息平台为基础,以电子商务系统为依托,以电子商务技术为核心,兼顾传统的电子商务运作模式,构建具有中小型房地产中介企业特色的电子商务系统,这对于提升我国房地产中介行业的整体服务水平有着重要意义。
