专业设置和就业指导对高校毕业生就业的影响

随着高等教育大众化的推进,专业设置和就业指导对大学毕业生的就业的关系日益紧密.供过于求和供不应求的专业直接影响到就业,传统的就业指导存在着生涯规划和择业价值观导向不力、难以缩减从学校到工作的心理落差、岗前培训缺位、影响对岗位的适应能力等妨碍就业工作的因素.为解决此问题,应从战略高度调整专业设置,加强职业生涯教育,增强面向现实生活的体验教育活动,帮毕业生实现学校和就业的无缝对接.

THE INFLUENCE OF DISCIPLINES SETTING AND EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE ON EMPLOYMENT OF UNDERGRADUATES

With the advance of higher education popularization,disciplines setting and the career guidance becoming more and more important.Some disciplines have too many graduates to employment opportunities and,employment guidance had the disadvantages of career planning and career values-oriented ineffective,being difficult to reduce the psychological gap from school to work,default of pre-career training,affecting the ability of adapt to the grass-roots positions and so on that interfere with grass-roots employment.Based on substantive research,this article has raised the awareness of disciplines adjustment and career guidance value from a strategic high level to establish the concept of career guidance and education for a correct view of labor and occupational outlook and abundance experience of grass-roots education activities among undergraduates to help them achieve the smooth connection from school life to grass-roots work.
