| 摘 要： | 21世纪的中国已经逐步进入小康社会,人民的物质生活水平大大提高.在社会物质文明进入一个较高阶段的同时,更应该抓好精神文明,尤其是道德文明.2001年10月25日中共中央颁布的<公民道德建设实施纲要>中指出,要依法治国,以德治国,这是社会主义建设中的重大举报.如何以德治国?新加坡利用儒家德育中的精华,进行公民德育取得了明显效果,其成功的经验给了我们很多思考与借鉴.

| Abstract: | China has entered a comparatively well off society and the material living levels have been improved greatly. At the same time, the spiritual civilization, especially the moral civilization must be paid attention. The Enforcing Outline of People's Moral Construction issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposes to rule the country on the basis of law and virtue.How to govern the country on the basis of virtue? Singapore uses the Confucianist ideas and gains obvious effects in moral education. Its experiences can give us many lessons and make us think over. |
