| Abstract: | This article shows that nursing job for the nursing staff at college and university clinics is characterized by synthesis , suitability , independence and consciousness. So they can enhance their nursing level and quality only upon condition that they have fine medical morality , wide professional knowledge and good professional skills as well. |
