| 摘 要： | 中国共产党高举妇女解放的旗帜，动员和组织广大劳动妇女参加苏维埃政权建设和管理，形成中国有史以来第一次劳动妇女参政的热潮。通过党的种种努力，中央苏区劳动妇女的参政热情和革命积极性空前地进发出来，她们积极参政议政，支前生产，入伍参战，为中央苏区革命与建设做出了不朽的贡献。中国共产党在中央苏区所形成的劳动妇女参政的理论和实践，为党领导和组织劳动妇女参政积累了宝贵的历史经验。

| Abstract: | The CPC held the flag of the women liberation highly, mobilizing and organizing the masses of working women to participate in the Soviet political affairs and management.h was the first upsurge of the working women＇s political participation in the chinese history. The enthusiasm of the working women＇s was suddenly unprecedented by all the efforts. They actively participated in government affairs, joined the army, took part in the foundation for the Soviet government, made the revolution and construction of immortality. The theories of the working women＇s participating in the political affairs and the practices provided the precious historical experience for the CPC. |
