| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是以社区为基础而展开的矫正罪犯的新的行刑模式和制度，社会力量参与罪犯矫正是社区矫正的题中应有之义。社会力量作为罪犯矫正的“第三领域”具有其参与的优势。以民间组织为载体，以社会志愿者为中坚，社会力量循着行为规训、心理矫治、就业接纳和网络构建四大路径介入罪犯的社区矫正。

| Abstract: | Communal correction is a new punishing mode and system to rectify the convict in community.The public participation in the process is written in the very name of communal correction.As a third field,the public has its advantages.Via NGOs and volunteers,the public can participate in communal correction in behavior admonition,psychological rectifying,helping with employment and building a communal correction web. |
