| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告指出,实现国民经济又好又快的发展,关键要在转变经济发展方式方面取得重大进展。阐述转变经济发展方式理论更具科学性;分析转变经济发展方式的现实紧迫性;提出从发展观念、发展道路、产业结构调整、节能减排、自主创新、体制创新六个方面来实现经济发展方式的转变。
